It started with a craving and a "why not."
I got hooked on store-bought jerky before realising it wasn't halal. Once I found out, I couldn't go back — so I started making my own at home.
A mate at school tried it and said he'd buy it if I sold it. Another one told me "you miss every shot you don't take." So here we are.
Every pack is hand-cut, slow-dried, and labelled by hand in Melbourne. No factory line, no preservatives, no shortcuts.
